Road Users’ Code
In general, the ‘for cyclists’ section of the road users code gives meaningful but very basic information about how to ride a bike. Hong Kong Cycling Alliance would prefer to have a more detailed guide to cycling on the road showing particular hazards of riding on the roads such as left-hooks, and ways of keeping yourself safe such as using the primary position.
