Govt responsibilities
Any cycle facilities on the roads will be the responsibility of Transport Department, however there is some difficulty in defining the existing areas of responsibility for other cycle facilities around Hong Kong.

| 9. Cycle tracks inside LCSD facilities (eg. playground.perk,etc) | Leisure and Cultural Services Department 康樂及文化事務署 |
